What it’s like

In Managua, on US hours

We work 8 AM to 5 PM Managua time, UTC−6 all year, with no daylight saving.

Embedded with clients

You work inside the client’s team, in its own tools, and talk to the client directly.

We teach

Hosmel Quintana teaches our workshops and weekend courses. If you like teaching, there is room for a second instructor.

Small, senior teams

Some clients work in writing, others want a weekly call or a daily standup. Teams are small and senior, and no ticket queue sits between you and the person who needs the feature.
