What it’s like

In Managua, on US hours

We work 8 AM to 5 PM in Managua (UTC−6 all year, no daylight saving).

Embedded with clients

You work inside the client’s team: their repo, their standup, their Slack. You talk to the client directly.

We teach

Hosmel Quintana gives the workshops and the weekend courses. If you like teaching, there is room for a second.

How we work

How many meetings depends on the client: some work in writing, others want a weekly call or a daily standup. Small teams, senior people, and no ticket queue between you and the person who needs the feature.
